MISDELIVERY
We will ship after strict inspection from our shop. In case of failure during delivery, please provide the following information as we will apply for warranty to the delivery company.
- What was the type of outer box? (Cardboard, etc.)
- Is the outer box damaged? What kind of damage was it?
- What and how was the cushioning material used?
- Can you tell me the damage status of the product?
- Can you give me a photo? (Outer box, cushioning material, product, what you can see how the product was contained)
If the outer box is not found to be defective, it will not be covered by the warranty. Inadvertent failure by the purchaser upon arrival is not eligible for return or exchange. Please keep the information about the failure so that you can see the obvious defects.
In the unlikely event that the item is defective, please let us know by email (info@nsyard.live) within 3 days after the item arrives.
It doesn't contain what you bought ... It may be hidden in the cushioning material, such as a small one. Take a closer look again. Be careful not to throw it away with the cushioning material.
Some products may not be considered defective, such as those made of natural materials or damaged when taken out of the box. Please understand the product from this page before purchasing.
- Please note that T-shirts may have bleeding or blurring due to the nature of the printing method, but they are not defective.
- Wrinkles, streaks and breaks that occurred when taking out the poster It is not subject to returns or defective products. When removing it, fully fold and open the poster case lid so that it can be taken out smoothly, and then slowly pull it out.
- Handmade products such as candles and products made of natural materials such as natural fabrics have slightly different textures, so there is no one that is exactly the same. We do not accept returns or exchanges for those reasons. The individually packaged white boxes are for shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges except for obvious tears due to delivery failures (delivered as received from the manufacturing plant).
